Wait Times & Triage disclaimer
- The average wait time in urgent care is around 60 minutes
- No appointment is necessary; urgent care patients are seen on a walk-in basis
- Patients are typically seen in the order they arrive, however, if another patient appears to have a more serious condition, they will take priority. Some conditions that may require another patient to take priority include, but are not limited to, chest pain, trouble breathing, and uncontrollable bleeding.
Pregnancy-related issues
Most issues concerning obstetrics require imaging from an ultrasound machine as part of the evaluation. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you call ahead to find out about the availability of our ultrasound technicians and equipment before arriving. If the level of care you require is outside our scope of practice, you will be referred to the ED. Based on the urgency determined by our providers, you may be required to go by ambulance.
