Family Medicine

Stella joins Granger Family Medicine from Employer Health Clinics at AMSCO and Orbit. She is a Nigerian-raised US immigrant who received her Bachelors’s and Doctorate from Weber State University Utah.

Before immigrating to the United States, she served at the Center for the Right to Health (CHR) in Abuja, Nigeria. CHR is a non-governmental organization dedicated to serving marginalized populations often overlooked by mainstream community institutions.

While at the Center for the Right to Health, she was involved in the Health on Wheels program, which provided mobile health services and education to vulnerable communities. This program focused on individuals living with HIV/AIDS, their families, rural residents, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.”

Raised in a nurturing environment, she values compassion, diligence, and perseverance. She believes that true success lies in making a positive difference in the lives of others, and she is committed to ongoing professional development to deliver exceptional care to her patients. She is focused on a multilateral approach surrounding patients’ specific values irrespective of their backgrounds.

Family and Hobbies: Outside of work she spends most of her time with family and loved ones. She loves music, reading, hiking, and loves to experiment with food recipes.

  • Her medical knowledge is supported by 11 years of experience in the medical field with 4 of those in clinical laboratory testing and scientific research, specifically infectious diseases, Molecular Hepatitis, and Retroviruses.
  • She also worked with the solid organ transplant population at Intermountain Healthcare for over 5 years.

Volunteer Work:

  • Blood Bank Services (ARUP):
    • Raise awareness about the importance of blood donation.
    • Organize drive-through blood donation events on college campuses and in local communities.
  • Adopt-A-Native Elder Program:
    • Assemble food and medical supplies for distribution to Native American elders.
