Audrey Flores
Audrey Flores is the Quality Manager at Premier Family Medical. She currently oversees the Medicare Advantage incentive programs, quality measures and the Transitional Care Management team. Her team seeks to achieve quality improvement through proactive communication, continual education and strengthening procedures. When she is not in the office, Audrey enjoys knitting, singing and kayaking with her husband.
Carrie Jernigan
Carrie Jernigan has a nursing background and is currently the Quality Manager at Ogden Clinic. She graduated with her RN from Weber State University’s DATC Campus and later obtained her BSN from Weber State University. Carrie has over 15 years of experience in hospital and clinical settings with an emphasis in Prenatal and Newborn Care. Currently, she oversees quality standards at Ogden Clinic and leads a team to promote best practices and organizational goals.
Bethanne Karren
Bethanne is the Senior Manager for the Population Health department at Granger Medical Clinic. She has a background in healthcare analytics and healthcare IT and has worked for Granger for over 10 years. Of her many projects, she has developed and produces quality dashboards for the providers, opioid prescribing tracking, and supplemental data files to suit a variety of needs.
While not working, Bethanne enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also loves cooking, reading and taking her family camping.
Andrea Milne
Andrea is the Population Health Manager of Clinical Programs and oversees the Transitional Care Management program at Granger Medical Clinic. By managing the day to day operations of the TCM Program, she focuses on increasing the level of communication across the healthcare continuum and building strong relationships within the healthcare community in order to achieve the highest standards of quality care for our patients. Andrea has developed a passion for patient care through more than a decade of service in the healthcare industry, having worked in various roles in specialty clinics and most recently as the Director of Marketing and Admissions for a skilled nursing facility.
Outside of the office, she loves to travel, be outdoors, and spend time with her loving family.
Christine Morris
MJ Tran
MJ Tran currently serves as the Sr. Vice President of Clinical Development for PACU and the Strategic Director of Post-Acute Partnerships for Granger Medical Clinic. Throughout her experience in care management and clinical operations, she envisioned a robust community-based Transitional Care Management (TCM) program that has helped to reduce readmission rates and enhance patient outcomes by establishing communication links between various healthcare settings that did not previously exists. Due to her efforts, she was recently recognized as the 2017 Utah Business Healthcare Hero for Community Outreach and is the recipient of the Noorda Geriatric Scholar and the 2018 Jonas Veteran Healthcare Scholar for Community-Based Care. Ms. Tran holds a Bachelor’s in Biology from Utah State University, a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Creighton University, an MBA from Westminster College, and is a PhD student at the University of Utah College of Nursing. She is passionate about researching the complexities of the healthcare system, challenging the status quo of standardized care and advocating for innovative care models focused on patient-centered initiatives.
Adam Williams
Adam is the Director of Population Health for Granger Medical Clinic. In this role, he manages the commercial and Medicare Advantage bonus programs and new clinical program development. Prior to this role at Granger, he worked for Gaylord Specialty Healthcare in Connecticut, most recently managing the launch of their new outpatient clinic, Gaylord Physical Therapy, Orthopedics and Sports Medicine of Cheshire. Adam earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Master of Science in Organizational Leadership- Healthcare Management from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He enjoys playing and coaching basketball.
Ken Whipple
Ken began working for Ogden Clinic in October 2008 and has over 12 years experience in health care administration. Ken is responsible for the strategic operations of the clinic. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Weber State University in 2004 and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Phoenix in 2007. Ken is married and lives with his wife and four children in Farmington, Utah. He enjoys playing golf, basketball and spending time with his family.
