We are pleased to announce that our new, state-of-the-art clinic at Fairbourne Station in West Valley City is now open and welcoming patients!

The 90,000 square-foot facility currently houses over 50 healthcare providers – offering a range of medical services which includes family medicine and urgent care – ready to serve you. It’s also conveniently located right off of the I-215 freeway and within walking distance of the West Valley Central TRAX station (greenline).

Please rest assured that we are taking every precaution throughout all of our locations to keep you and your family safe during your visit.
