Granger Medical to build modern four-story clinic in West Valley City
Aug. 5, 2015— Top executives from West Valley City and Granger Medical Clinic today announced plans to build a four-story medical building in West Valley. The clinic will be located on the southwest corner of 3500 South and Holmberg Street (2970 West), West Valley’s Fairbourne Station development.

Currently leases a building on 4100 South, Granger Medical will build a $25 million, four-story, approximately 90,000 square-foot facility on nearly four acres. The building will feature a curved glass facade on the north and south elevations of the building. Construction is scheduled to begin in Spring 2017 with completion projected in late 2018.
More than 80 providers, from Granger Medical and other health-care related tenants, are expected to work in the new West Valley City facility at Fairbourne Station.
The Fairboure Station Project covers 40 acres in the heart of West Valley City, Utah’s second largest city. The development currently includes the city’s government center, a library, a mass transit intermodal hub, and an upscale hotel. The mixed-use development will grow to include retail space, office space, residential living space and now, a medical clinic.
