Granger Medical Clinic Welcomes Stephanie Henderson, MD

Granger Medical Clinic is happy to announce that Stephanie Henderson, MD will be joining Granger Murray Women’s Health. Dr. Henderson received her undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and completed her MD at University of Rochester. She then completed a residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Her fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery was also accomplished there.

Dr. Henderson is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has a specialized practice focused on advanced gynecologic surgery including laparoscopic, robotic and hysteroscopic procedures. These procedures are used in the treatment of endometriosis, uterine fibroids, pelvic pain, heavy menstrual bleeding, pelvic organ prolapse and incontinence. She also offers annual examinations, testing and screenings.

Care Philosophy

Dr. Henderson strives to provide high quality, evidence-based care to women of all ages and believes in educating and empowering patients to help them make the best medical decisions. Dr. Henderson spends her time engaged in outdoor activities with her family including hiking, skiing and water sports. She enjoys travel, theater, music and reading.
