If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms please call our Granger Triage Line at 801-965-3684 or go to the nearest COVID-19 testing center to be tested.

• Fever
• Cough
• Shortness of breath
• Blueness around the lips/mouth
• Have traveled outside of Utah within 14 days of the onset of your symptoms
• Have had any exposure to a confirmed case or to an individual with a test pending
