Urgent Care
Dr. Parker joins Granger Medical Clinic from the United States Air Force where he served as a Flight Surgeon, providing primary medical care to pilots and other aircrew. The highlight of his career was working as the Medical Director for a Rescue Squadron where he taught prehospital medicine to elite Pararescue Jumpers on the island of Okinawa, Japan. He is a native of the Salt Lake Valley and is happy to be home after several years away.
Dr. Parker believes in a patient-centered approach, partnering with them in deciding individualized treatment plans that will work for their situation. He strives for collaboration by educating patients on their diagnosis and treatment, exploring concerns, and thoroughly answering questions. He loves solving medical problems and helping people get well so they can get back to enjoying life.
He is married and has two sons and a daughter. In his free time, Dr. Parker enjoys traveling and hanging out with family. He loves anything with a good story, be it movies, books, or games, golf, and boating. He loves tacos, ramen, and sushi.
