Kathrine L. Peacock, MD

Dr. Peacock is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has a specialized practice focused on advanced gynecologic surgery including minimally invasive laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures. These procedures are used in the treatment of endometriosis, uterine fibroids, pelvic pain, heavy menstrual bleeding, pelvic organ prolapse and incontinence.
Dr. Peacock was born and raised in Utah county and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Brigham Young University in 2012. She then graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine with a Doctor of Medicine degree in 2017. Now, following the completion of her residency at the University of Utah, she is thrilled to join Granger’s Riverton Obstetrics & Gynecology practice and continue her career in her home state of Utah.
Dr. Peacock carefully listens to each of her patient’s story, so she can offer evidence-based guidance in order for them to make informed and autonomous decisions about their obstetric and gynecologic health. Dr. Peacock considers it a privilege to be a part of her patients’ journey towards optimal health and strives to create a safe and inclusive space in her practice for everyone.
When not practicing medicine, Dr. Peacock enjoys yoga, dancing, hiking, mountain biking, and backpacking.
